A one-off Application Fee is payable when submitting your application for accommodation. The fee will confirm your request for accommodation at the Village. No refund will be paid to applicants who cancel their application or whose application for accommodation at the Village is not successful.
If you receive an offer of accommodation from ECU Village, a refundable Security Deposit (Bond) is payable to confirm your accommodation.
