If you receive an offer of accommodation from ECU Village, a refundable security deposit (Bond) is payable to confirm your accommodation. The security deposit is equal to four weeks' rent and is paid via a direct debit from a nominated account. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Upon departure and finalisation of your account, the security deposit is refundable subject to outstanding balance being settled in full, in accordance with the Residential Agreement.
