Residential fees are charged on a fortnightly basis, along with a capped utilities fee which includes water, electricity and gas. Our ‘no surprises’ approach means that we’re upfront about your fees, so there are no unexpected bills during the year.
Accommodation is payable by direct debit either fortnightly, half yearly or annually from a nominated account (a surcharge applies for all credit card payments). Please refer to the ECU Village Rent Schedule 2012 for relevant payment dates.
10% surcharge applies to all Half Yearly Residential Contracts with limited places available.

Utilities fees
In addition to your Residential Fee, there is a capped weekly rate of $23.00 for utilities. This fee includes all electricity, gas and water expenses.
